Shipping Policy

At Safari Jewelry, our jewelry is handmade usually shipped within 24 hours, there are times when a product is in production and will require more time. In that case, the buyer will be contacted with an estimated ship date. All special orders require 4-6 weeks for shipment. Domestic purchases will ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested (additional shipping fees may apply). Please contact us regarding shipping and insurance for all International orders.

 

Security Policy

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

 

Return Policy

Safari Jewelry is known for outstanding customer service. All returns must be pre-authorized and have a Return Authorization number included in the returned package. To obtain the RA #, please contact Safari Jewelry at 805-685-5955 prior to shipment. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any unauthorized return.

New Purchases: Should you receive a product that you are dissatisfied with, it may be returned in like new condition and in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns.

Repairs:
Over the course of time, all well-worn jewelry will age. Should you have a piece of jewelry that is in need of repair or cleaning, please contact us and obtain an RA#. We will give you directions on how and where to return it. Depending on the condition and material of the piece, we can quote a time and price for repair or recommend replacement when necessary. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
